The complex, now under construction, consists of a 22,000 sf themed leisure pool, two NHL size arenas, a 4,000 sf multi-purpose room, a 2,000 sf seniors centre, and a 10,000 sf fitness facility with a running/walking track.

J. Lepera/Loaring, New Office Building & Shops. The new 17,000 sf facility brings Loaring closer to its client base, which includes J. Lepera Contracting and the Westar Development Group.


Windsor Riverfront Shoreline Upgrades, Smith Contracting - Loaring Construction was contracted by the city of Windsor for the construction of a new concrete breakwall, sidewalks, trails, and landscaping.
