To consistently build high quality projects, Loaring Construction works with qualified subcontractors whose performance is based on previous Loaring projects and client satisfaction. For the vast majority of its projects, a core of preferred local subtrades are used. A background check, including references, is performed for any "new" subcontractors prior to a contract award. |
